How to collaborate
Project Evaluation
We develop bespoke preliminary proposals for each project, taking into account the site selection, plot conditions, intended use (cultural tourism, hotels, campsites or bespoke residential developments), local climate, regulatory requirements, investment scale, functional specifications and delivery timeline.
Project Planning
Based on the project’s positioning, we provide product selection, design and functional configuration proposals, and produce feasibility studies, risk assessments and compliance recommendations, followed by the signing of the contract
Factory Production and Quality Control
Production commences in accordance with order specifications, with standardised quality control implemented throughout the entire process. The production cycle is 30–50 days (subject to adjustment based on project complexity). We accommodate on-site inspections or online video supervision by clients to ensure that every stage of production complies with industry standards. Pre-assembly and functional testing are completed prior to dispatch to guarantee fault-free delivery.
Site preparation
Whilst the house is being built, you can proceed with the foundation works on the site. We will provide detailed construction instructions and supporting drawings, and assist you in planning the plumbing and electrical systems in advance to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
Delivery and Installation
The houses are available for delivery either as a complete unit or in separate components; you may arrange your own freight forwarding and transport. The installation process for houses delivered as a complete unit is straightforward and can be completed in a matter of hours; for houses delivered in separate components, you may assemble them yourself using the detailed drawings and video instructions, or you may engage our partners to provide a professional installation service.
